New York City is kicking my butt! Makes moving and living in Tokyo <3 look like a breeze ...as it was, but how?! I'm in my own country! geeez. I'll get the hang of it sooon (I hope) because there is no looking back, only onward! from here. Hope all is well wherever you are at!

Sayonara Tokyo ...





My 19 month vacation (living and teaching in Japan) is coming to an end and I am coming home for good (we'll see how long that lasts) ...stateside. Tentative date is February 18th February 5th!!! which wasn't part of the plan, but hey things and plans change fast! and you deal as best as you can, it's time for me to go home. It's been awesome ...bittersweet, I am devastatingly sad to leave but excited for the things to come! esp with the new perspective I've gained. These pages have been written and its on to the next chapter .... where to, where to next?!? I'll keep you guys posted ...long live my travel blog!! but I apologize in advance for its upcoming hiatus (hopefully not for long). See ya on the flipside ...

Places and things I can cross off my TO-DO Japan list!



Hiroshima, Miyajima, Okayama, Osaka, Niigata, Naeba, Toyama, hiked, camped and climbed!! Mt. Tateyama and Co., Nikko, Mito, Maebashi, Nagano, Okinawa, Izu, Shonan, Enoshima, Tokyo Disney Sea, FujiQ, Fuji Rock Festival, Snowboarding in Nagano, Echigoyuzawa, Omiya and of course Tokyo (Shibuya, Harajuku, Shinjuku, Ebisu, Ueno, Ginza, Odaibai, Asakusa, Roppongi, Ikebukuro, ...and you know all that in between) NOW ...finally Kyoto, Nara and Kobe! The only major place I haven't been to in Japan is Hokkaido!! Of course, I didn't write out all the little things and small places either just the major things but anyway Tokyo Motor Show!! this weekend.

Hello World.





I don't know where to blog anymore, I have been hapharzoudly updating on notes on facebook and just copying and pasting to my myspace blog but now I just can't keep up with Xanga. Anyways, I don't want to be tooo redundant anymore than I have already so I guess I'll just randomly write bout things I didn't write on the other ones. So check FB and/or MS for my more insightful and humorous banterings.

I am tired. I am confused. I am restless. I am anxious and excited and sad and happy all at once for reasons none other than I am a woman! and my hormones are running a marathon with my emotions as of late. However, suprisingly I am actually alrite and optimistic about things as opposed to bitter, trite and cynical, if you would have known me years before. Lucky sonavabeeeches to know me now ...haha j/k.


Well, did I mention how I adore my students. I think my bilingual boy students who are brothers 10 and 7 are among my favorite. I know, I know we are not suppose to have favorites ...so bite me! I am only human. Anyways, today he asked me ..."Margaret ...who created the Earth?". I asked him to tell me and he said when he found out he'll let me know! haha. too cute. I am going to miss them. Did I mention how I love Japan!! *sigh. I've learned so much out here, I've met sooo many amazing and inspirational people, I've done so many different things, seen and been to so many different places ...pictures and blogs don't do it justice so I'll just leave it at that. = )

Oct 28. I am having my pictures taken ...photoshoot to have updated pics if you will.
Nov 2-5. Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe?
Nov 17-27. Bee is visiting
Dec 8. Last day at this job
Dec 9-10. Kyoto again on a company paid trip.



In between all this ...look for a new job and apartment in ...dun dun dun, (where, where?!?! hehe I'll let you guys know when I find out!) and eat, love and live.
